Intensive collaboration with Spring Real Estate:
Financial Offices BV works closely with Spring Real Estate for commercial operations and lead follow-up. All contact requests via forms and all telephone contacts are handled directly by the advisors of Spring Real Estate. In this capacity, they act as joint data controllers.

2. What data do we collect and why?

Contact Forms & Telephone

When you fill out a form or call us via the numbers on the website, we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and company details. This data is forwarded directly to Spring Real Estate so they can contact you to answer your question or schedule a viewing.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze visitor behavior on our website. This data helps us improve the website experience. The data is anonymized and is not used for individual profiling.

Leadinfo (Recognition of corporate visitors)

To measure the business use of our website, we use the service of Leadinfo B.V. from Rotterdam.

  • How it works: The tool recognizes the visitor’s IP address and links it to a database of publicly available company information (such as Chamber of Commerce data).
  • Data: We gain insight into company names, addresses, visited pages, and the duration of the visit. Please note: Leadinfo only identifies companies; private visitors remain completely anonymous.
  • Sharing: The collected business information is shared with Spring Real Estate for commercial follow-up.

Instagram & Meta Pixel (Ads and Retargeting)

We place a Meta Pixel on our website for our marketing campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. This allows us to measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertisements.

  • Retargeting: This allows us to show you relevant advertisements on Instagram after you have visited our website.
  • Conversion Measurement: We measure whether an advertisement on Instagram led to an action on our website, such as filling out a form.
  • Consent: The pixel is only loaded after you have given explicit consent via our cookie banner.
  • Privacy: Data may be processed by Meta in the USA. You can manage your preferences via your own Instagram settings or via Your Online Choices.

Your data is shared with Spring Real Estate for the performance of the agreement or our legitimate commercial interest. We do not sell your data to external parties not involved in our direct service provision. Strict agreements have been made with Spring Real Estate in accordance with the GDPR (AVG) to guarantee the security of your data.

Our website uses functional cookies (for a working site), analytical cookies (Google Analytics), and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel). You can manage these preferences yourself during your first visit.

In practice, we apply a maximum period of 6 months after our last contact with you. We retain this data during this period to be able to assist you efficiently with any follow-up questions. After this period, the data is permanently deleted from our systems.
